ANN ARBOR — Donald Trump, President-Elect of America, is officially the electoral winner in Michigan. State officials confirmed that with his 10,704 vote count he was awarded 16 more electoral college votes bringing his total to 303.
The win in Michigan and then barely visible margin made the race in Michigan, perhaps, the closest presidential race to occur in the state in 75 years.
But alike Wisconsin, recounts are expected. Officials in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania confirmed that both states have begun the recount process.
