California has become some what of a battleground, at least, in the world of porn. Over the past year or so, gay activist Michael Weinstein had been on what some call a “Nazi Crusade” to get condoms mandated in all porn shot in California.

But Article 60 proposed by supporters of Weinstein hasn’t sat well with everybody. Some feel that it is invasive, while others, feel as if they’d lose their right to choose how they have sex. A less than complicated argument would be at others have problems with the friction caused by condoms with the type of sex involved in porn shoots.

Article 60 would require by law that all porn filmed in the area feature condoms or be heavily fined if not shut down. Officials reportedly fear that such an article of law would result in porn driving itself underground where then it would not able to be regulated.
