Huge new ruling major setback for Prime Minister May

Prime Minister Theresa May is picturedThere’s a huge new ruling in the United Kingdom that has some wondering how exactly Prime Minister Theresa May intends to proceed with her post Brexit plan for the United Kingdom without the direct approval and consent of the parliament. The Chuef Justice formally ruled today that parliament is sovereign, under the UK constitution and therefore must act upon as such. 

May, had previously hoped to be out of the United Kingdom by March although now that plan remains uncertain as parliament remains reportedly divided on the matter. Most, perhaps, are still curious of how the plan will be set in action and administered throughout the country.
