PORTLAND – Call it a rare find, but not so considering it was actually stashed away in a library. According to American news reports, college junior Sam Bassan at Lewis & Clark’s college found himself working as a library assistant when he decided to open a box called “bibles”.

Inside, new school reports indicate that Bassan reportedly discovered one of the oldest bibles ever recorded. The Bible, dates back to 1599 … Geneva era 1599 at that.
