As expected, Loretta Lynch, has confirmed that no formal charges of any kind will be brought against Hillary Clinton in the now closed e-mail scandal that nearly engulfed her presidential campaign. According to Lynch, she kept true to her statement last week that she would not bring charges against Clinton if the FBI opted not to during their own primal investigation.
