Britain plots world’s ‘toughest’ sanction against serial sex offenders

SEXOFFENDERThinking about committing a sex  crime? Think again.  Legislators are out to get those that commit severe sex crimes over and over again — so much, that they’re on the heels of approving a legislation that no other country in the world has done before.  According to officials,   lie detector tests will soon be implemented and conducted on prisoners released from prison to ensure they’ve not done the same activities they did previously that got them locked up.

The measure, according to one official, will hopefully reveal the truth about any illegal activities and help keep sex offenders off of the streets.
